Please do not ask us to give estimates for care over the phone. We receive referrals from a wide range of practices and have found that accurate estimates can best be given after our doctors evaluate the pet.
A medical transfer form is available for transfer of your patients to our hospital. This contains directions to our facilities.
Please send copies of all pertinent medical records, radiographs, and test results with the patient.
You will receive a fax of the pet’s medical record after their discharge from our hospital.
